Nancy and Charlie, an American couple on the verge of the major life change of retirement, are having problems
in their relationship. On an erstwhile vacation on the beach, they happen upon another couple who are, perhaps,
stranger than themselves.
Edward Albee received his second Pulitzer Prize for Drama for Seascape when it premiered on Broadway in 1975.
