Policies
-
Seats not claimed by performance time may be offered to other patrons in
attendance. For Cerwinske Stage productions, you may be seated towards
the back of the theatre if arriving late. For Black Box productions, it may
not be possible to seat latecomers due to the constraints of the space.
- Our theatre is equipped to accomodate patrons of all
levels of ability. Patrons wishing to avoid the stairs into the Cerwinske Stage
may gain access to their seats via the ground level entrance near the concession area.
- must be paid for in advance. Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged for another performance.
- $1, except where otherwise indicated for special season ticket packages, promotions, or discounts.
- For certain performances, strong language, adult themes, and/or special effects
such as gun shots or smoking may be in use. We will do our best to have signs in the lobby indicating
such, as well as notices on our website.
- Food and drink are prohibited in the seating area of either of our stages.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
- No videotaping or recording of any kind is allowed in any of our performances.
- We wish to ensure the enjoyment of all of our patrons. Patrons who are
unreasonably noisy, distracting, or have young children who cannot be kept quiet
may be asked to leave.
- We request that all cellphones and pagers please be turned off during the productions.
- If you need special assistance, a House Manager is on duty in the lobby.
